Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel Review
Visiting Bangkok
Guess you have seen some of my posts about Bangkok, and now i want to share our hotel stay experience. During our latest visit in Bangkok, we stayed at Anantara Siam Bangkok. Well who has not heard of Anantara group? (Must admit that the Dhigu looks out of this world!) The group has colelction of luxury hotels worldwide, including four properties in Bangkok. The one we stayed was Anantara Siam located right at the heart of Bangkok at Ratchadamri road, Pathum Wan area, just five minutes to Ratchadamri BTS station (Silom Line). The rests of their properties are Anantara Riverside, Anantara Sathorn, and Anantara Rajprasong Service Suites. This is my first stay with Anantara so read on to see my full review!Hotel Overview
First off, i want to say that the hotel lobby and corridor is gorgeous. We were greeted by the staffs, right upon our arrival in cab, and they kindly carried our luggage for us and escorted us to the check in counter. We love how the check in was fast and easy. The hotel has eight dining options including Biscotti for Italian cuisine, Madison, Spice Market for Thai food, and Shintaro for Japanese. How wonderful is that! The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and spa.Anantara Siam Bangkok room review
Our Premier room is 42 square meters with warm contemporary decor shown through the amber lighting, beige colored furnishing and wooden furnitues. It has all the amenities that you need. Bathrobes, hanger, slippers, and shoe polish were ready inside the cupboard. The room is clean (including the bathroom), king size bed was sumptous and comfortable with fluffy down pillows and the linen is clean and fresh. The room has a mini living area with a single lounge chair and a two seater sofa, great for lounging by the window. Our spacious working table was equipped with comeplete stationery. Meanwhile, the LCD tv has various selections of chanel, i guess one of the most complete selection in a hotel i have ever seen so far. They also equipped us with the handy smartphone that you can bring around town for browsing and gps function. Mini bar was super complete with many selections of tea, coffee, and other snacks. Tropical fruits were served on the table as well.also Read: Ultimate Bangkok Travel Guide
Now, we move to the bathroom. Their bathroom has a separate bathtub and glass enclosed shower, toilet, and a single sink. You can soak in the bath tub after a long day inside this spacious marble bathroom. Bath amenities was more than enough and they use the Elemis Spa products for the shampoo, shower gel, soap bar, and lotion. I was so excited to find this brand in a hotel again! This niche brand indeed has a nice luxurious scent.
We also had a breakfast the next day, and their selection is amazing. From the mini dim sum corner, to little Japanese food, salad bar, local breakfast, to the bread selection and dessert.
Beautiful, what camera do you use?
