PS. Cafe Dempsey Hill
PS. Cafe is one of my favourite cafes to visit since I was in college. On one weekend, we tried the famous PS.Cafe's brunch menu. The cafe is nestled among the lush greenery of Dempsey Hill Singapore. It is located at Harding Road, a little uphill road near Tanglin, Orchard. Even though it is city centre, but it has lots of trees. It's totally doesn't look like the Singapore you know.
You can choose to sit indoor or outdoor, but my favourite is definitely the outdoor seat. The cake above is one of their cake selections, but I tried it on the other day, so it is not in the video. It is the golden banana butterscotch cake and M's carrot cake, and I can tell you it is heavenly. They sell their cake by slice or whole cake, perfect for occasions. I love to go there for brunch, some of the menu that I can recommend is the Brunch Burger, Blueberry Pancake, and the Chicken Rossa Penne. Love the combination of the sauce, mushroom, and chicken in the Penne. Meanwhile for the pancake, it is quite fluffy and has the combination of cream and orange sauce, so it's not too sweet. Lastly, the Brunch Burger could one of my favourite dish as the patty is so flavourful, it also comes with price so it's a great fulfilling choice.
