Cafe hopping is one of our favourite hobbies, no matter where we go. While exploring Seminyak, we found Pison Coffee Shop and it definitely becomes our new favourite, therefore i decided to give a full length post for this one.
Pison Coffee has actually been there for quite a while. We passed through it, but only got a chance to try it. The place is industrial with that kind of western bar feeling with wood and steel dominated its interior. Warm lighting filled the indoor area, while the outdoor is actually very comfortable with natural sun rays creeping in from the steel bar window. The second floor is also open throughout the day with brick interior and wooden windows, equipped with aircon for a comfortable hang out.
Aside from coffee, Pison serves a well-rounded menu for the brew and brunch crowd alike. We had the manual brew coffee and the cappuccino and they were both really good. The manual brew coffee tastes .ight with a hint of fruit. In the other hand, the cappuccino was refreshing - cold but no ice and it has chocolate powder on top. It was one of the best cup I have ever tried.
I wish to try their food menu in my next visit. We will definitely come back! Is there any coffee shops that you love in Bali? I would love to know.
