Muji Jewel Changi Airport

Muji Jewel is a new addition of cafe and shop by the well known Muji brand from Japan. You may know Muji as one of the coveted stationery store, but in Japan itself, Muji has expanded to restaurant  called Muji Cafe and even a hotel chain. Amazing isn't it? Muji has opened another branch in Singapore located at the prestigious  Jewel Changi Airport.

Muji Jewel Interior

Like their store, Muji Cafe Singapore is an epitome of Japanese minimalism. The interior is adorned with wood, neutral colours, and matching furnitures. The restaurant concept offers delectable of set menu. We came during lunch and there was quite a queue. Before ordering you have to secure a seat first, then you'll fill in an order sheet. Next, you have to pay your order at the cashier counter and wait for the buzzer to ring to collect your food.

This is what I had from Muji Jewel set menu consisting of 1 hotel dish, 2 cold dish, choice of rice, and soup ($18.90) . I chose Hamburger with Burdock and Shiitake Sauce, Orecchiette Pasta and Mushroom Salad in Truffle Ranch Dressing, Poached Salmon Flakes Salad with Lime Green Chilli Miso, 16 grain rice, and soup. Aside from the savoury menu, they also have a selection of dessert. Too bad we were quite full so we decided to skip the dessert. Overall the Muji Cafe Singapore menu is quite simple as they come in set and we just have to mix and match based on our liking. I geel overall it has a good value of money considering the portion and quality.
