Sunday Brunch at Edge Pan Pacific Singapore

Sunday Brunch at Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore

Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning buffet restaurant, Edge, offers a sumptuous Sunday brunch experience, where a gastronomic adventure, bubblies and kids-friendly activities await. Located at the third level of the hotel, the restaurant serves live cooking station and ready to eat delicacies, the extensive dishes and selection showcases culinary delights right at the hear of the city.

Edge’s Sunday Brunch Selection is curated by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team. Indulge in a bountiful array of delectable creations, spanning Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Thai, and western cuisines. You can view their overall menu here. You can find several Chefs’ live, à la minute presentations, as they craft mouthwatering dishes right before your eyes, such as pasta, grilled selection or if you prefer the local Laksa, Chili Crab, and Yong Tau Foo selection. Some of my favourite is definitely Australian Black Angus Beef Prime Ribs and the roasted veal leg selection. The sunday brunch is priced at SGD 138 per adult or SGD 198 inclusive of free flow alcohol drinks and SGD 69 per child (6-12 years old). You can book the Sunday brunch here.

Something that can't be missed from a Sunday brunch session is definitely a Breakfast Station where you can get your choice of eggs topped with Cured Salmon and a selection of sausages and hams made in-house by the hotel’s esteemed Master Butcher. If you bring your kids along, Edge also have a section of Kids Play Area filled with toys and games as well as selection of kids' buffet tailored for them.

As a seafood lover, I am so glad that Edge’s Sunday brunch offers an expansive spread of fresh seafood, including freshly shucked Oysters, Snow Crab Leg, Sustainable Boston Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Pacific Clam, Half Shell Scallops, Sea Conch, Black Mussel and Crawfish. This high quality seafood is densely a gem not to be missed and I will surely come back for this selections. You can also opt to pair your brunch with an add-on free-flow alcoholic beverages, such as Tattinger Brut Réserve Champagne, house red and white wine, and selection of house spirits.

What's a Sunday Brunch without scrumptious dessert and pastries? From ice cream, to pastries, viennoiserie, and chocolate fountains, the dessert selection at Edge will surely blown you away. As I was visiting near the national day, there are also many national day themed dessert like the Singapore flag macaroons, traditional snacks like tutu kueh, and childhood favourite ice gems.
