Visiting Jewel Changi Airport

You might have seen this indoor waterfall everywhere on Instagram, yet might intrigued to visit it. Yep, Jewel Changi Airport is one of the newest attractions in Singapore located conveniently at Changi. The building itself is a combination of retail, dining, garden, hotel, and facilities to support stopover at the airport.

How to Get To Jewel Changi Airport

Jewel is conveniently located just beside the Changi Airport Terminal 1 Arrival Hall. You can visit it by taking MRT to Changi Airport (alight near the Terminal 2 then cross over via link bridge at the Departure Hall level 2) You can also take a bus no 24,27,34,36,53,110,858 and alight at the Basement 1 of Jewel. Jewel is open 24 hours with most shops open from 10am to 10pm.

Things to see and do

Shiseido Forest Valley and Rain Vortex
The Shiseido Forest Valley, a five-storey garden, will house one of the largest indoor collections of plants in Singapore. Jewel will also feature a 40m-high Rain Vortex, that is expected to be the world's tallest indoor waterfall and it will transform into a light and sound show with special lighting effects at night.

Canopy maze

Play hide and seek in Singapore's largest hedge maze. The ticket to this maze is S$12 (includes Discovery slides, Foggy bowls. Petal garden, Topiary walk). Another highlight is the first mirror maze designed for an outdoor park environment. The mirrors will create illusions to challenge and confuse visitors. Both mazes cover an area of over 500 sq m and there will be a lookout tower for visitors to have a bird's eye view
