Best Restaurants in Canggu Bali
Folie Bali
With pretty floral foliage and colourful interior, Folie has both indoor and outdoor dining, perfect for sunny Bali. Folie is built by Chef Stephanie Simond, who brings the elegant and enjoyable French cuisine to the shore. He also has another bakery shop called Butterman in Berawa area. We went here for lunch and had their Aglio E Olio pasta with Grilled Tiger Prawns which is creamy and flavourful with tomato base sauce. Totally love the combination of the garlic and basil in the sauce and the perfectly grilled prawn. I would totally recommend this place for anyone who craves for French cuisine. We also had their churros to complete the meal. Other menu includes Seabass Fillet Meuniere, Croque - Madame, and Classic Raw Beef Tartare. They also have range of lovely patisserie like croissant and cakes to choose from.
Ona Canggu
Ona Canggu restaurant is helmed by Italian born Chef Daniele Taddeo. The menu in Ona is a mix of mediterranean - italian dishes and there are a lot of varieties from steak, to pasta, and seafood. or the main course I ordered the 12 layers of lasagna. It is made of tomato ragout, béchamel, spinach, mozzarella, and basil pesto. It is vegetarian but you would be amazed by the taste and the freshness of the ingredients. For dessert, I chose the Eton Mess and I am very impressed by the presentation. The dish is made of sable, fermented raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, mint, chantily cream, and ice cream. You can taste the sweet sour flavour of the berries and the soft sweet meringue altogether. The restaurant has a clean white minimalist mediterranean inspired outdoor seating. The furniture is a mix of wood and rattan and there are a lot of plants that brings the summer mediterranean mood to the venue Read the full review of Ona Canggu Restaurant here.
Cibo Bali
Cibo is an authentic Italian restaurant in Bali that serves various heartwarming food like pasta, pizza, and grill. I tried the basic aglio olio with shrimp and I love how the pasta is al dente and blends well. The shrimps are fresh and plenty, I really have nothing to complain. For dessert I ordered their melt in the mouth tiramisu. I was kind of suprised of how light and airy it was and didn't made me feel stuffy after having my main course. Cibo has both indoor and outdoor seating with fairy lights in the garden. Overall ambience is warm, casual, and comfortable. During my dinner, there was a band playing jazz music, totally perfect for the night! The place is recommended for a romantic dinner in Canggu or just to spend the night with friends. All in all, I can say that it is one of the best restaurants in Canggu Bali.

Sushimi
Sushimi is a no fuss conveyor belt sushi restaurant that is perfect for quick lunch or dinner. Seats are set around the conveyor belt and the plate is color coded to determine the price, which starts from IDR 20,000 - 50,000. Aside from the one on the conveyor belt, you can also order dishes from their menu such as dynamite crab, beef tatami, salmon carpaccio, udon, donburi, salad, dessert, and many more. I tried various nigiri, sashimi, and sushi rolls. Overall they are all fresh, well made, and tasty. They have good quality dishes despite of the affordable price. Since the location is located at the heart of Berawa, it is great for a quick stop before you continue exploring the area filled with local boutiques and the newly opened Tamora Gallery.
